The property is exceptionally comfortable and the staff is very courteous! The location is good, 15 minutes walk to metro station. Btw, it's at a moderate distance from city centre.

In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We visited the Grand Hamad Stadium and Qatar SC Stadium, both worth checking out if you're in the area. The hotel also offers a great breakfast buffet to kickstart your day. Highly recommend it if you're looking for a relaxing place after a long day of activities.

We faced some issues with shower water pressure, a bit of a letdown after a long day out. But aside from that, the overall experience was pleasant.

The cleanliness in the room had some room for improvement. Bedsheets felt stale, and I noticed some smoke odor lingering in the air, likely due to nearby smoking areas. The traffic noise can get pretty loud, especially at night, and bass thumping from clubs makes it difficult to settle down. The wait during check-in was unnecessarily vague, leaving one wondering how long to sit and wait without guidance.
